How to make corn




Ingredients:

Serving size: 3-4 pax

Preparation time: 5 minutes 
Cooking time: 10-12 minutes 

300 gram corn (fresh or frozen ) if frozen boil it.
1 onion
2 green chilli
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 
250ml milk
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp coriander powder 
1/4 tsp garam masala

For Garnish:
Coriander leaves 
Black pepper powder  

Method

In a pan heat 2 tsp oil. Add cumin seeds and red chilli and sauté for 2-3 seconds. Add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste. Sauté  for 4-5 minutes till onion turns soft and golden. At this stage add corn kernels. Sauté for 2-3 minutes again. Add milk and on low flame cook for 4-5 minutes till  milk get evaporates.

At this stage add salt as per taste, coriander powder, garam masala.
Saute for another 1 minutes  and cover for 1-2 minute.

Now its ready garnish with cilantro leaves and black pepper.
Serve hot. Eat in breakfast or as snack. It healthy and taste yummy 😋
