**Recipe**: How to make popular indian stuffed vegetables , tawa fry vegetables
**Ingredients**:
Vegetables
* 4-5 boiled Potato
* 4-5 bitter gourd
* 8-10 Okra (bhindi)
* 4-5 Brinjal or eggplant 🍆
Choose veggies as per your choice.
For stuffing:-
4 tomato puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 Onion paste
Spices:-
* pinch of hing (asafetida)
* 2 tsp chaat masala
* Salt to taste
* 2 tsp Red chilli
* Oil for frying
* 1/2 tsp turmeric
**Directions**:
1. Prepare vegetables, wash them and apply cut on them for stuffing ( watch video how to cut)
2. Fry veggies.
3. Prepare stuffing mixture, In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp oil and saute onion paste and ginger garlic paste till it turns to golden brown. At this stage add tomato puree, salt to taste, turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala. Continue saute till oil separates from mixture. At this stage it is cooked. Take it down and cool it.
4. In a bowl prepare tawa masala. Add 2 tsp chaat masala and 2 tsp red chilli. Mix well. Sprinkle on fry veggies.
5. Fill the prepared mixture In step 3 in fry vegetables.
6. Before serving heat iron plate (tawa) , add some butter/oil and fry veggies of your choice. Sprinkle tawa masal prepared in step 4 and mixture in step 3 “. Add some water 2-3 tbsp. saute for few minutes and then serve with naan or roti or paratha or bread.
