**Recipe**: How to make popular indian stuffed vegetables , tawa fry vegetables  **Ingredients**: Vegetables * 4-5 boiled Potato * 4-5 bitter gourd * 8-10 Okra (bhindi) * 4-5 Brinjal or eggplant 🍆  Choose veggies as per your choice. For stuffing:- 4 tomato puree 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 Onion paste Spices:- * pinch of hing ( asafetida) * 2 tsp chaat masala * Salt to taste * 2 tsp Red chilli * Oil for frying * 1/2 tsp turmeric **Directions**: 1.  Prepare vegetables, wash them and apply cut on them for stuffing ( watch video how to cut)  2. Fry veggies. 3. Prepare stuffing mixture, In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp oil and saute onion paste and ginger garlic paste till it turns to golden brown. At this stage add tomato puree, salt to taste, turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala. Continue saute till oil separates from mixture. At this stage it is cooked. **Recipe**: How to make ragda petties, allu tikki chaat * Serving* 6-7 plates Cooking time 30-40 mins. **Ingredients**: For Chole:- * 200 gm yellow peas * 2 onion * 8-10 garlic cloves * 1 inch ginger * 1 tbsp garam masala * 1 tbsp coriendar powder * pinch o f hing ( asafetida) * salt to taste * oil For tikki:- * 6boiled potato * Salt to taste * 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida) * Oil for frying For Garnish:- * Chaat masala * Roasted Cumin powder * Yellow or Red chilli (optional) * Green Sause (mint/corriendar chutney) * Red sauce (Red chutney) if needed recipe comment. **Directions**: 1. **Recipe**: How to make masala peanuts or Nut crackers **Ingredients**: * 1 cup raw peanuts (approx 200 gm)  * 1 cup besan (gram flour) * 2 tbsp rice flour * 2 tbsp corn flour * pinch of hing ( asafetida) * chaat masala * Salt to taste * Red chilli * Oil for frying **Directions**: 1. In a bowl mix peanuts, 1/4 tsp salt, pinch of hing, 1 tbsp chaat masla, red chilli, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder and 1 tsp water. Mix well and leave for 5 minutes. 2. In a separate bowl add besan, rice flour, corn flour, salt to taste, red chilli, dry mango powder. Mix well 3. Now in peanuts add spiced flour prepared in step 2 gradually (1tbsp at a time). Add 1 tsp water and mix. Repeat this step until you mix all spiced flour. 4. Do not use much water for mixing. We need just 5-6 tsp water. 5.
